Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and increase customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business goals.
- Manage and optimize outbound sales campaigns targeting global markets.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements in marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B startup environment.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in the UK shift schedule.
- Willingness to travel internationally. A valid visa and an international driver’s license are required.
