We are looking for Founder's Office Interns with a strong interest in AI/Automation and the ability to work night shifts or US shifts. The ideal candidate will also have experience in people management. In this role, you will provide critical support to our executive team and contribute to the success of Orangewood Labs, Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Manage the daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, agendas, and presentations.
- Assist with email management and correspondence.
- AI/Automation Interest:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and automation technology.
- Provide research and insights on how AI and automation can enhance our business operations.
- Collaborate with our R&D team on AI and automation-related projects.
- People Management:
- Lead and manage a team of administrative professionals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering professional development.
- Handle HR-related tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Communication:
- Ensure effective communication between the executive team and other departments.
- Draft and edit reports, documents, and internal communications.
- Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations.
- Night Shift/US Shift Work:
- Willingness to work in the night shift or US shift to accommodate the needs of a global company.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and attentiveness during non-standard working hours.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong interest in AI and automation technologies.
- Previous people management experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work in the night shift or US shift.
