We are looking for a seasoned and dedicated Automation Engineer with proven experience and a passion for executing complex logic into real programs. In this role, you will be responsible for application study of projects, program development, system integration of controllers, and program support in fully technology-based projects. Key success metrics include timely project completion, programming skills, and deep knowledge of specific controllers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Write complete programs for industrial controllers including PLCs, HMIs, servos, SCADA, VFDs, and control panels.
- Problem Solving: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems related to PLCs.
- Project Execution: Manage and execute projects primarily based on Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Delta, Omron, Mitsubishi controllers and verify processes.
- On-Site Support: Provide on-site support including program execution, electrical installation, customer guidance, and online commissioning.
- Troubleshooting: Work both in a team and independently to troubleshoot real-time programming errors in ladder logic.
- Technical Support: Offer technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations of PLCs.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Graduation or Diploma in Engineering (E&C, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical) from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in PLC, HMI, VFD, SCADA programming, and servo motor systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with project integration of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, servos, VFDs, machine vision, panel commissioning, and testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
